Residents' Assistance Fund $1,000,000

Our founders made a commitment to provide financial assistance to those residents who outlive their resources. 

Fifty years later, this commitment remains fundamental to our mission and distinguishes us from our competitors. 

Integral to The Campaign will be $1,000,000 in new gifts to the Residents’ Assistance Fund. 

Since 1969, almost $20,000,000 in financial assistance has been provided. The Residents’ Assistance Fund provides support to residents who find themselves unable to pay their entire monthly service fee. The Fund also provides help to prospective residents who are unable to pay all or part of the entrance fee, but with assistance can better afford their monthly service fees while living here. 

Beyond financial support, the Fund provides peace of mind for residents and their families and who desire to continue their assisted or independent senior living at the best retirement community possible.
